Our bussers get minimum wage (6.75/hr) then we tip also. It is always our choice, but I tip 10% if they have done a good job or 15% if they have helped me above and beyond like with drinks or carrying food etc. I do however only tip about 5% if they have stood around bs'ing all night. I know the talk sh** but as far as I am concerned why should I tip them to do nothing, I am not going to get a tip from my table if I do the same.

This is how it's take in a hospitality industry every tip goes to the pool box and share lately by the ........ paying 10% every where
by the guest to the table is a standet theory. no need to think
about attentive serving style and so on so fourth.

15% when they are on the ball.
If they are moving slow and killing time, I make sure I put any $$ from tables in a different pocket if I have to bus the tables myself.
The company does not base it on our sales.
I tip at my own discretion, just as do customers.
The law in Cali says that I don't have to tip them at all, unless they are claiming it as income like I do.

If the food was exceptional or good, 15%, if it wasn't really as good, 10%.
