I am an agent here. I am good at making low offers, and finding properties for way less than valued, soometimes 70-80%. I need someone who is willing to buy these homes.

Why don't you put the these on the MLS?? ho that would not a make a false shortage and drive up prices to the bubble we now have.
Still 70-80% of the so called value is still over priced due to the bubble. Since you live in San Diego I sure you being living on the beach soon with a cup asking for money as the bubble pops.
