Free housing (the White House), free travel (Air Force One, Marine One), pension for life, office expenses for life (they use to get security for life, now it's 10 years thanks to Slick Willie).

He gets to live in White House, fly in Air Force One, and go to Camp David on weekends. And have the band play "Hail to the Chief" whenever he walks into the room.
