I was just curious as to how (and when) Scully was miraculously cured of cancer? I especially want to know how... I don't know if I missed that part or if the miraculous recovery was implied in the subtext, or what? If you can let me know, that's be great! Thanks!!
P.S. how did she get cancer in the first place?

Oh I just finished watching this episode - currently watching the whole series.
She got the cancer from her abduction - more so from the government people that abducted her. It was part of the experiment on humans.
To get the vaccine that cured the cancer Skinner had to do something for the Smoking Man. Mulder eventually caught him out and he had to confess everything.
Once the job was done the vaccine was administered to Scully by someone from the government and she was all better. Just shows you can't trust the government.

If I'm not mistaken the cancer was brought on by a chemical gas and cured at the same time she became pregnant.
