Supernatural, because it has more action (so I won't fall asleep) and it is more interesting. It isn't like every other show on TV right now. Plus 7th Heaven and Gilmore Girls have pretty much the same kind of plot, just with different faces.

7th Heaven for sure, except you have to watch the beginging of whatever episode you are watching, to fully understand what is going on.
