Most likely yes, but it depends on who his replacement is. Don't you think the US is going to get more respect at the UN if we have an ambassador that actually has some respect for the organization?

How could this be a gain?
With a good hard liner thrown out our war efforts are in big trouble....
We have lost two hard liners, the terrorists do not respect namby pamby men.....
They will walk all over these ninnies that are replacing the hard liners!
