Thank you everyone especially Natalie, Petunia and Misery. I think the most important thing that helps is knowing other people care...in that I am a very wealthy person...hugs to one and all! You all helped me more than I could ever express or that you will ever know...cheers!

Lovely question!
What I do is....
Put on headphones and listen to music that takes me to another world (Sarah McLachlan, Lifehouse, etc. for me) and I just close my eyes and let the music wash over me... It's wonderful to just feel their voices and sounds occupy your brain-- it usually pushes out bad thoughts...
Then, there's also chocolate! It seems to cure damn near everything! I've had 4 bars of chocolates in 3 days since my account was deleted, and the chocolate helped... ha ha...
A nice hot shower/ bath seems to do the trick a lot of the time-- with music playing in the background for me...
A good book that either breaks my heart or restores my faith in the human race is wonderful...
Oh, and can't forget good friends! They are wonderful... Surround yourself with as many as you can because they will pick you up when you feel down... mine happen to be on the internet, but oh freaking well... I'm still happy with it.
I hope you cheer up!! Hugs.

Well I listen to my favourite music and dance to it.Sometimes I ring my Grandma cause she makes me laugh or listen to 104.1 Today FM there music is up to date.Do things u like to do think of all the lovely things u done even going out with your friend get drunk.I tell u one of the most embarrassing thing that happen to me in the train yesterday Well Blacktown was the next stop. I was in the train, so when the train got to Seven Hills i got up and walk downstairs well there was this guy sitting next to the stair and he was sleeping the train stopped I fell and accidently lean on his front private part and he had a fright and scream i feel sorry for him cause he was rubbing it, I must have landed badly but then I laugh on my way home cause he had a fright and scream. Have a nice day and They say life is short to be sad and also Christmas soon.

Call a friend or talk to someone I haven't in a long time seen or
heard from. Or Watch a movie I like Or think of doing something nice for someone who is worse off than myself.

that should cheer you up some. I will give you thumbs up , so

Well, sometimes I make myself feel even worse by listening to sad music and drinking alcohol. Then, after a while of wallowing in my misery, I do something that gives me joy, such as listening to happier music and answering questions on Y!A

Sorry you are down. I just buy myself something, like a small inexpensive piece of jewelry and it makes me feel better until the larger depression passes.
