The war is virtuous to those American soldiers being killed and to the Iraqi ones as well. Both sides of every war individually or in combination think they are fighting for their virtues regardless of all the propaganda surrounding the subject, you must feel for those families losing loved ones on both sides. No good honest human being wants to kill or mame people. And money is not an issue. If you would go to the sight to read the charges placed against Sadam Hussien? They were hideous and a continuation of the Nazi regime. He and his people in charge including his own sons tortured and murdered innocent people. If the people there cannot see they are being freed they must be brainwashed, and we must understand as well they are third world mentality, no education in a modern world, they are used to abuse and for he most part dont know anything else. That is why they react the way they are reacting. individually the Iraqi has no monetary gain and neither do our soldiers. the paychecks our soldiers are paid is not much. And what can we do? Vote for the best for our own people just like they will and get out while we can, with some of our virtues in tact.

How can attacking another nation that posed no threat to the US be virtuous? There is not one reason. Killing is not virtuous. Greed is not virtuous. Lying to the public is not virtuous. leaving a massive burden of debt for future generations is not virtuous.
Good luck.

it is not virtuous because we are not trying to free the people we just want there oil and to spread our so called democracy and Christianity. both of those, democracy and Christianity's main goal is to have the world believe in what they do. we promote freedom here in the U.S. but i can go to jail for disciplining my child in a way someone else feels is wrong, i can get fined for not taking precautions that could save my life, i am forced to give money to the government and have no say so in what it is used for, the list goes on and on. but in no way is the War in Iraq Virtuous.
