According to two recent tell-all books from former girlfriend's of Hef, he has sex nights twice a week where he has group sex with his girlfriends (there are currently 3) and sometimes other women he invites to the house. Viagra is his miracle drug I guess!
Of course, I don't know if this is true or not- I can't imagine an 80-year-old man having that much of a sex drive (and being able to keep up with women a quarter of his age!)
