I work with a woman who's husband is best friend's with my husband. We're having alot of remodeling done where we work, so we share the same area with alot of the contractors. For the last week, iv'e noticed that she and this certain contractor are constantly making eye's and grinning at one another, but they don't speak. Obviously she hasn't even realized another person and myself have noticed this. I don't believe they've ever met, until he started doing construction work there. She has a great husband and I can only hope, she appreciates him. Should I mention what iv'e noticed to her or not? As far as the body language between the contractor and her, do you think they could just be attracted to one another and I should just leave it alone, without another thought?

At the moment the situation sounds like just a bit of innocent flirting. No harm done, so I would leave it alone. If, however you noticed it moved beyond the boundaries and they were actually touching or more, then I would talk to her about it. At the end of the day, it's not actually your business, and seeing that it's just casual flirting, I would stay well out of it.
