Yes it is uncommon, but shouldn't be. There is bacteria left behind if you don't, besides the smell after a while IS noticeable. It's just unhealthy, and If your sexually active, your Lady will thank you for not bring yeast infection around. For those that don't, just remember yellow in front brown in back. For ever ones sake blot then wash your hands.

lol for some reason, even though I'm a girl, I have a feeling that's fine. Because even girls have to wipe to get excess pee off.
The reason for excess pee usually has to do with our intake of water all day. If you drink more water, (and I don't mean juice, soda, milk and or alcohol beverage), simply water, you will pee more freely and more urination will come out. Leaving you with hardly any ecess pee that needs shaking or a toilet paper to come off. I hope I helped.

I think it is uncommon for men to do it, but men should really consider the tp. Most men don't care, but I completely agree that shakin' ain't enough! When you come out of the bathroom with a quarter-sized spot on your under-roos....shakin' ain't enough! Consider dabbing it, fellas!

Yeah, I will from time to time if there is a little left over. Usually the shake takes care of it at a urinal. But when urinating into a toilet, i don't want to shake it onto the seat / floor.

no i shake it till there is no pee. i wiped it a couple times and each time the toilet paper gets stuck to my penis head everytime. so now im still standing picking off little bits of paper off my dic k.

I really wanted to go there. If shakin it just isn't enough for you, then use a bit of tissue and clean yourself! Especially men with a foreskin need to keep themselves clean.

Well wiping yourself after you're fone is a sign of being civilized, much like washing your hands afterwards. If you don't wipe or wash your hands after, you're a selfish pig...
So I have to say that YES< it is normal, and SHOULD be common!

Maybe it's uncommon, but I dunno. I wipe the excess with toilet paper if it's nearby, but toilet paper isn't next to a urinal, so not always.
