Any employer in ANY state can demand you work overtime unless a labor contract with that company exists explicitly stating "overtime is strictly voluntary, not compulsory".

Tell them to take this job and shove it.

Yes. If you checked YES on the application where it asks, "Are you available to work overtime?"
