it's like a floppy disk that can save things into it but then it doesnt look like a floppy disk, it looks small, like those wireless mouse where that thing you have to plug into the computer so that the mouse get's signal so it can move, it looks like that and it is used like a floppy disk but it is better it can save more stuff i think. does anyone know what's called?

There are always deals on it during Black Friday, you are a little late, but go to amazon.com to save a few bucks. THey hold a lot more then floppy disks.

Yeah, you are talking about a USB flash drive, also known as UFD in short.

It plugs into your USB port of your computer.

They are small and can fit on a keychain or lanyard.

They hold much more than a floppy disk. They come in different capacities. Some hold 1 gig, others128 mb, they vary in prices too.

SanDisk, Lexar, and Kingston are manufacturers of them.
The Store`n`go is made by Verbatim, another manufacturer.

You can get them at Staples and Radio Shack/The Source, Future Shop, Walmart and Zellars.

What you are thinking of is a Flash Drive.

They typically are USB 2.0 compatible and the best I have seen can store up to 1 GB of information. Try Yahoo! Shopping for some ideas. Places like Best Buy, Circuit City, Staples, and other major electronics stores generally have Flash Drives for sale.
