First, just calm down and mediate for a while, then go out for a walk, or a bike ride. The air would do u good; then u'll feel energized and u can do ur homework. Tell ur parents that u need to study, and if needed, u'll do ur chores AFTER u do ur homework and get it right. School always comes first, and most parents understand that; because they want the best for their kids. If u can't seem to study at home, try studying somewhere else, a friends' house, the park, etc. Just take ur keys with u, and be back in time for dinner. Make a chart and try to follow it. it's all about priorities and where u put them. If ur in music and like it, then ground urself if u don't do as well as u wanted in school. The no pass no play rule still applies at school. Try to make it apply to ur life. It's a good motivator. When u study, put on some llight music. The hard stuff will keep u too jittered and u won't be able to focus on studies. But music will keep u awake and alert, and u'll be focused. Bring up some water, and maybe a snack, so u can nilbble on it little by little. take a fifteen minte break every 45 minutes so ur brain can relax(mediation works), then get back to the grind. Then when u've earned the grade u want, then u can really reward urself by doing something fun and non-school oriented. It'll be sweet.

I understand how you feel, being 15 is a sucky age to because you have to do all these things get good grades in school so you can get into college. But always remember even if you suck on a test it is not the end of the world. My sophmore year was my sucky year in highschool and my junior and senior year where my years of honor roll. Things will get better and it wont always be this way. YOu are going to be free from school soon. Alot of times when I am really stressed before taking a test I learned from my human anatomy teacher to take a deep breath through your nose hold it for 5 seconds then let it out slowly from your mouth then do it again 2 more times you will feel alot less stressed. Study take it easy whatever happens happens and it is not the end of the world. GOOD LUCK

stress is a normal part of your life. if you are under a lt of stress then you would find it hard to study. i also feel stressed im 17 in college and have finals too. here is what i do when i want to unwind i clear my mind by doing something i enjoy for a few hours like reading or working out. when you done set up a schedule to plan your time and study once you feel overwhelmed take a few min. to relax. talk to ur parents about reducing ur chores for this perod. good luck on ur sci. finals. hope everything works out for u.

Do you have any favorite music to listen to, lay down and put earphones on for about 5 to 10 minutes.

It may be a chemical imbalance. Get some medications to get your brain right. The way your brain is interpreting life makes you depressed. You just need to fix the bug and you'll be able to get on with your life.
