Nothing really, apart from surgery- that is ineffective and has some risks. I'd recommend not worrying about it- there's really no need for you to define your sexual identity by the size of your sex organs. Anyone who tells you otherwise, and that you're badly endowed isn't really worth giving the time of day.

There's surgery where an incision is made and the penis area from beyond the pelvic bone is allowed exposure, thus giving the unseen area release. It only adds about an inch or so that way, I believe. Did someone tell you your penis is too short? The average size is 5.5 inches, so if you're that or longer, then you're average or above average. (Those creams don't work. Just don't get Preparation H on it, since it shrinks swelling...) Joking aside, a small penis is not the end of the world. There could be many other things you could have to deal with: I know people who can't walk, who have only 1 arm or 1 leg, and many other terrible health problems. So accept what you were born with, be happy with what you have, and Merry Christmas.

If you're overweight, sometimes losing up to 30 pounds can add an inch to your penis length. If you're not overweight, there's not much you can do except hit on proper looking women, who would most likely have tight vaginas. Women with hats tend to be very proper. Also, ugly women probably wouldn't judge you for your small penis because they'd just be happy they were getting some.
