Do anyone know any major 60's dance styles? and how do ou do them?

Beginning with the twist, the 60's was a decade of individual (as opposed to partner) dancing and was noted for the new dance-a-week, a bit of an overstatement, but not by that much. The Watusi, the frug, the pony, etc, came and went quickly. Talk to anybody in his 50's or 60's and you can get a good list. Of the bunch, the Bossa Nova, which was really just samba slowed down, might have had some staying power, but the dance didn't stick as well as the music, which is something of a puzzler.

In the 60's all they did is take drugs and then react in a spastic manner to the resulting feeling.
