I get the feeling that California is not pushing for the extradition. If they were, it would happen. Was there a court order or just an agreement for the return. Id try pressing him to just do it and discuss your concerns that he may be picked up and the kids would be in trouble, and shouldnt see that. Otherwise, you might have to go to Florida to have the courts order the return. If you have an order from youtr state as to custoday, go to the court and ask about the process for having it enfored,

Good luck

Contact the FBI or local chapter of missing and exploited children and explain situation to them along with his current address. Hopefully you have full custody of the children and are legal guardian. If no luck at these places contact your states legal aid assoc for advice or you can even contact a local university with a law dept and talk with an attorney or paralegal. Good luck

your spelling is terrible. does he have the kids? if so, florida will pick him up for violating a custody order.
