Vancouver, British Columbia. Professional couple, dine out once a week or less, groceries and household needs average $175. a week, more if we're entertaining. We could easily manage on $100 a week but we're fond of some pricier items. Always make lunch and brown-bag it, by the way. Wine is extra.

Some are wise and dont spend much like an elderly couple would not spend no more than 30 a week.
They will buy beans to cook, bag of tators, fruits, piece of meat, coffee, drink.
Young folks probably would spend alot of junkie foods like
100 a week or more.
