I'm thirteen and my mom will not pay for a cell phone because she believes i don't need one. of course i need one to talk to freinds and text as well as contact parents.

i might pay for my own plan but i dont know whats cheapest

i also want to be able to text

its only $39.99 and its cingular !!! i use my dads phone (same as one im prob. getting) all the time and i have only had one dropped call out of like 20 calls that connected and stayed connected... cingular GoPhone will charge you $1.00 every day that u use the phone but only onece a day and $0.05 cents4 txt messeges unlike 2 yr contract plans charge u $0.10
