What is happening here is that your music playing software is buffering the music. Buffering means that it downloads a bit in advance so that you don't have those start and stops.
The reason it is happening to you is that your internet connection is too slow. Try to adjust the buffer if you can. This way you will download much of the song before it even starts to play...

Why the music stops through half of the song is because that's how people trick you about making you think that they'll really play the whole song or it could be they want you to buy the song so you can hear the whole song at your home.That's what I think .

It has to cache some of the file ahead of playback. If it plays faster than it's downloading, then it will stop until more of the file is there.
It's easy to get around the problem, just download the song rather than clicking on the link.
If you can't download it, hit the pause until the whole file is on your compoot.

because it hasnt quite fully loaded and its trying to faster than your internet can.
