Do you think abortion is right?

Do you think that abortion is right. I mean if you were raped i could understand. But if you made the conscious choice to have sex then you are basically accepting ANY and ALL consequences that may come with it. My mom was even telling me about this new thing where the baby is born out of the womb they stick something in the back of its head and thats supposed to be abortion, I dont care what anyone says that is MURDER.

I feel abortion wrong on so many counts.
The only way I feel abortion would be "OK" is if the baby was conceived by rape or if it posed a serious life & death situation towards the mothers or even the baby's well-being. Other than that I don't think it is right.

That's murder. But that's not the way every abortion is done. I've seen the video on what the baby looks like when it's aborted . . .It's a pathetic sight. But do I still believe in abortion? Yes. Especially in cases of rape and when the mother’s life is in danger. Honestly if I'd been my mother I probably would have aborted myself because I came VERY close to killing her. When a person makes the decision to have sex then they should be able to accept the consequences. I think about it though and I think 'what if I got pregnant right now. What if next month I didn't get my period? What would I do?' I don't know. I don't believe I personally would abort my baby nor would I give it up for adoption although I realize that I'll NEVER be able to give the child the life I'd wanted to give my children. But I know that my boyfriend and I would get married and that we'd just try our best to do right by our baby (we've had a LOT of discussion about this, especially before we became sexually active and we've had the same conversation numerous times since then). However I think to myself would I be doing a bad thing by having a child like that, yes. Because of the lack of things, aside from love, that I'd be able to give it. If I was younger and I'd gotten pregnant (which would have been impossible) then I would have aborted it though.

Basically I flip flop on the whole abortion thing. It's a yes and no answer.

Ya know, you hear all the time that it's the woman''s body, she has the right to choose, but what about the baby's choice. It is living and breathing. Having an abortion because it is afterall " a woman's choice" doesn't give the baby a choice at all. No matter what has happened, that baby had nothing to do with it, and it deserves to live. If the mother doesn't want it, then there is always adoption, but abortion is murder, and it always will be. You will go to jail for life for killing a living human being, but they are saying it's ok to kill an unborn human being. that is wrong.

I believe that getting an abortion to cover up a mistake that happened to you when you chose to have sexual intercourse is completely wrong. If you were raped then i could understand the want to get it done. No other time tho should it just be done to save you from having a child and possibly from getting caught/in trouble. you and your partner made the decision to have sexual intercourse, this is a consequence. Especially if you had unprotected sex willingly and then got pregnant. Abortion is wrong. Killing a child growing inside of you to cover your own stupidity. Take responsibility for your own actions.

i'm for abortions if they are done for the right reasons (health, rape), i understand that adoption is an option, but for me it would be painful to carry a baby for 9 months, go through labor and have to give that baby away to a foster home or parents i don't even know...but if somebody is constantly have them done, then they are heartless and don't even care about their own health

i don't believe in abortion as a method of regualr birth control. i think that is sick and wrong.

however, you must put yourself into the girls perdicament. pretend that you come from an abusive family, you dad beats you, and you are depressed. you become a drug addict as a way to relieve the pain. while you areunder the influence, you are taken advantage of. you turn out pregnant. you know that if you tell your family, your dad will try to beat the baby out of you and your mother will kick you out. what would you do?

i think abortion is murder. If you're old enough to know and have sex, then you're old enough to take responsibility. there`s no excuse why you shouldn`t wear a condom if you don`t want to get pregnant. Condoms are free at most of the Health Clinics.

i think of we could continually provide an excellent gamble for toddler to be born. Human and animals alike.. nature have the thank you to regulate them (relatively for animals). i've got not got a puppy atm, yet there are a set of stray cats in my complicated that help to regulate the rat inhabitants (and lizard, they in specific circumstances consume them).

I personally dont feel that abortion is right but i do think that women should have the right to choose if she's going to have it or not.
