my biggest fear is making the wrong decision. i have see alot of people in my family make the wrong decision and then their lives are ruined or becomes more difficult and i dont want that. there are two things i can do... i can over analyze every action i do or i could try and be spontaneous but just like every thing else easier said than done... i dont have a problem of doing spontaneous things with other people like if it is their idea.. i just have a problem of doing things myself without over analyzing it

My greatest fear is myself. I am most scared of myself.
I'm afraid that I could not control my own feelings and thoughts that sometimes could turn to be my dog. I fear that I'm not walking the dog, but the dog is walking me... when something hideous deep down inside my soul that derives from my traumatic dark past times, somehow unpredictably and abruptly strikes me out and makes me losing grip.

I'm afraid of being struck by lightning. I know it is an irrational fear and it's rare, but I can't help it. Knowing doesn't change my fear. I've tried to be out in it, but I just can't. I'm even uneasy when I'm indoors or sitting by a window. It's crazy!

My fears were overcome by listening to words from a Jim Morrison song...........It said........." I am the lizard king, I can do anything"

I don't think I'm a lizard king, but I used the last line as a positive means to overcome my fears.

I'm really scared of dying. I always die in all my dreams. Isn't that what all fear comes down to, that natural instinct within you to stay alive?
