First off, it doesn't matter whether you're a real princess or not. If you want a white dress, that's your business and your reasons are not really in question.
That said, without knowing where you are - and not being someone who shops for dresses - I couldn't suggest a specific place. But any place that handles or specializes in bridal attire will presumably have white dresses available. It's not as certain whether you'll be able to get the necessary fitting and alterations in such a short time, but I've seen stranger things.
Incidentally, if you're really a princess people will expect you to communicate with more, uh, sophistication. You may want to work on that. Have a good time at the ball, or wherever.

uh try a bridal shop like davids bridal sometimes they have nice dresses that actually don't look like your going to get married
