Men have worn "hose" years before women did. Only since the 1800's did the fashion begin to change around drastically. By the time pantyhose came out in the 60's, mainly women wore them to make their legs look better.
Since the advance of newer materials, like Lycra, pantyhose can now offer support and help with circulation. Men have discovered this and some are taking advantage of this by wearing them. Those that benefit the most are those that sit for hours on end, like truck drivers, pilots, business people stuck at the desk, and those that are out of shape.
Wearing pantyhose can also help relieve leg pain as well (I can testify to that first hand).
Also for those with jock-itch, wearing pantyhose helps relieve the pain and itch and can help clear it up.
In fact, there was an article not too long ago about our military men wearing them to ward off sand fleas in Iraq.
Only society has stated them men cannot enjoy the benefits of wearing pantyhose. There is no reason why you cannot, not only for health reasons, but they can also feel great as well.
As far as any man wearing them? go for it!

Worked in the O.R. (operating room) for years. Pantyhose were worn for warmth (about 60 degrees in the o.r.), and for diminishing leg pain from hours, and hour, and hours of being on your feet on a hard surface. Used to work four 10 hour shifts per week, plus staying many hours after your shift from the cases that ran after your shift ended (you can't leave if there is nor relief for you, and your patient is still on the table (being operated on). If your legs ache from the very long days, and pantyhose can help with that pain, and plus they are warm, then who in their right mind would not consider adding this inexpensive garment to their wardrobe, if only for warmth, and comfort. Men have legs, and men have nerve endings, and pantyhose feel wonderful on your legs. Try them, and you will agree. No idea at all why they are considered a "female" garment when they make perfect sense from a practical standpoint.

I love to wear pantyhose & I've been wearing them since I was 8 or 9. But the best feeling is when you slide your pantyhose up your legs after you have shaved your legs nice & smooth.

lol...many men do actually wear pantyhose under their clothes, but for the support (not that kind of support) I know many medical interns who wear them under scrubs because they are on their feet for so many hours and the support pantyhose provide lesson the likelyhood of swollen feet or legs.
Or some dudes are like you and just like them period. Either way, I say wear them!

Interesting, because I'm a girl and I CAN'T STAND pantyhose. I think nylon is terribly itchy. It is not absorbant against the skin, so it is hot and clammy in the summer, and provides no warmth in the winter. Absolutely useless stuff.

Men can wear them if they are comfortable, it's just that usually women wear them under dresses and skirts.

They can, but leg hairs tend to get caught in them which is really uncomfortable. And shaving your legs is just totally gay, unless you're a competitive swimmer.
