Pregnancy is possible any time a couple has intercourse. Just because your friend has not yet had her period doesn't mean that she wasn't about to get it for the first time right around the same time that she had sex. If I may suggest, you should encourage your friend to have a very serious discussion with a parent, counselor, or other trustworthy adult about safe sex and making responsible choices. As for already possibly being pregnant, the best thing to do would be to speak with an adult who would be able to medically assist her. Only if she has had a period at a young age. However, if she has not had a period then no it is not possible. Also, what reason is she concerned. Is there abuse? Try to help her if she is. If she had a period at a young age but has missed periods and is sexually active or has been raped then they should seek counseling and get help.

Although unlikely yes it is possible if you have sex when your body is preparing itself for its first period. Use a condom even if you don't have your period yet. That way you never have to wonder (about pregnancy or STDs).
Of course you can't use a condom retrospectively... to find out if you're pregnant, do a pregnancy test about 10 days after having sex (don't have unprotected sex for that 10 days), then always use a condom.

Yes, it is possible. I am not a Dr. but.. the symptoms are
A missed period would be a major one but since she hasn't had it yet,
Morning sickness( or all day sickness like me!)
Sore boobs
headaches
more discharge than usual
Have her take a HPT, you can get them at the dollar store.

Yes it is very possible my best friend got pregnant at 12 then gave birth at 13.

You have to have your period in order to get pregnant. But as soon as you get that, no matter what age, you can get pregnant. But the younger you are the more risks there are to hurting yourself as well as the baby.

yes a 12 year old can get pregnant but they have to get there period first

It is possible to get pregnant on your first period. You technically could conceive before you've had your first "flow". So you wouldn't know you were menstruating.

As for being 12 and not having ur period, well if i remember correctly, u can be pregnant and not have had ur period if she had sex when she was ovulating for the first time...not sure...but I think so

Impossible. My friend hasn't started her period and she is 12. Everyone starts at different times. Don't worry.
