I think it's because they don't think TNA is a threat, but they've failed to realize that they are screwing their fans by not having enough talent for 3 shows. They also ruined what was left of ECW's good name. December to Dismember was a disaster. Vince McMahon probably thinks that once TNA has gotten equally as popular as WWE, then he'll do something to win back the ratings, just like he did with WCW. Well, my friend, lightning may not strike twice!

Well they are not afraid but TNA is just doing it to get ratings and for publisity and WWE wont answer them till they become a "big" name in wrestling for now they wont and if vince doesnt do something quick TNA will get bigger till its as big as WWE were WWE would lose ratings and go out of buisness like WCW!!!

I think they are! Dont you know most of the wrestlers in WWE WANT to go to TNA? But NO they have a contract under VINCE PUNK AZZ MACMAHONN!! Imagine..TNA owns raw smackdown and ECW...Of course still having impact on thursdays...yeah...

They dont want to give them additional publicity.
Theyre hoping to ignore them and hope they'll go away or act like theyre insignificant (notice they dont mention Monty Brown's time in TNA)
btw- shannon moore should go back to TNA he was going to be huge before he bailed. I bet Matt Hardy wishes he had signed too
instead of a 5 month Helms fued.
And dont anybody say its a storyline or Vince owns TNA or anything like that. Thats just stupid.

Mr. McMahon's incompetent and tyrannical mind is not tuned in to see that his beloved WWE is facing an onslaught from TNA. When he comes to, it will already be too late! He and the WWE would be conquered before the dust settles!!

Yes Vince is afraid and he has admitted that and that's why Vince brought back DX and ECW to try and get the better of TNA but that hasn't happened .

because wrestling is scripted and if they have war how would it be fair who decides who wins the matches? Both TNA and WWE would want to win. it wouldn't make sense! looks like i'm the only wrestling fan who has common sense!

The funny thing is, VKM would have to follow WWE around to wherever they were performing that week. Did you see the sign on Raw last night that read
