actually you should have a sound stting somewhere on your pc that needs to be adjusted. Someone must of been in the settings and changed something to get echo echo echo

do you have a mic hooked up? that can cause an echo too. Move the mic away from the speakers or turn off the mic when it's not in use.

A loose connection can cause an echo effect. Check your connections. Make sure your cables/wires are completely plugged in to the ports.

Either your microphone is too close to the speakers or a radio.
