Yes, totally free, fast and easy. Just follow these directions..
-go to www.limewire.com
-click downloads
-click get basic
-wait for it to download (i havent downloaded it since a month so i don't remember the process
-when you are finished and you open lime wire go to search
-type in the artist, album, or song you want
-click on the one that has a little note looking thing with a green music note and it will say the artist name then dash then song name such as this
Nickleback-Far Away
(the ones that look like that are usually more accurate and work faster, the ones that dont look like that are just pictures or something)
-then click moniter it will show you how much the music is uploaded
-when it is uploaded click library and it should be there
-to play the music double click!

i dont know about any websites but if u download limewire ( the free version) u can then download pretty much anysong u like for free . hope that helps
