Insurance liabilities in a gym?

Question

for a school project i have to determine the top 10 insurance risks where i work, which is a local gym and map them....any thoughts aside from the obvious member getting hurt on something....?

U could write a USE GYM EQUIPMENT AT OWN RISK...like a skating rink does. Then if they get hurt, they will have to use their own insurance.
