how many native Americans have you talked to? And why can't you spell "And?"
I have not met any native americans who didn't speak decently. But on the other hand, I have heard a lot of Americans who say, "Axed" in place of "Asked." And none of them were Native Amercians.

You are referring to only a few tribes. The differing dialects of various tribes do no find the sound groups in their languages. This is the same for many nationalities. Asian groups often have a difficult time pronouncing "r" sounds. German languages have difficulty pronouncing "w" (volksvagen). English especially American English have difficulty with many complex and subtle pronunciations of other languages. The reason is that if our language does not possess the syllable then we never learn it as we are discovering how to make sounds as infants. If we are not forced to learn all the different sounds as children we begin to lose the ability to do so. Native Americans who are introduced to English in reasonable portions will have no difficulty pronouncing these sounds. The native Hawaiian language is very simple because they have only li think 14 letters in their alphabet requiring only that many sounds. As a result their words can be very lengthy and use only a couple different letter sounds

For those that are fluent in their Nation/tribe's language and grew up with it as their primary language, some languages might not commonly contain all our same vocal sounds. It is the same with English speakers and us trying to mimic vocal sounds that other languages have but we do not.

That might have been true when the "white man" first came to America when English wasn't known.
Now, most of the time, you can't tell their voice from anybody else's.
