Here's the thing, I'm 15 and sometimes like on Fridays or Saturdays I'll stay up late since it's the weekend. Well, sometimes there'll be a tv show on at 2 or 3 a.m. that I really want to watch. But, I usually can't stay awake until then! So sometimes around 12 or 12:30 I'll be laying on the couch and just fall asleep. Here's what's weird:
If I fall asleep on a night when there's a show on at like 2 am, I'll fall asleep and wake up at EXACTLY 2 am! Not 1:59 or 2:01 -- 2 am on the spot! Is that weird or what? What causes that? Some sort of inner-clock thing?

Yes, it's some kind of inner clock type deal. Some people really have it, some people don't. It's a natural talent, like people with photographic memory (those that didn't learn it).

Sounds interesting alright!
No it's not weird at all, I have read about a similar thing here http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Circadian_rhythm
Something like that used to happen to me, If I'd go to bed early enough at night, I'd always, with only a few exceptions, wake up at 7:15 am. It got quite annoying after a while, but eventually as I go to bed later, it's stopped happening.
I think it most likely is an inbult body clock, just like how birds have an inbuilt thing that tells them exactly when to migrate & which direction to travel.

Every night I wake up at exactly 2:34 A.M. Not even on purpose. Also I look at my clock and I usually have it right. I can do that with birthdays just by asking them what month it is in.

actully, i am in a 9th grade psychology class, ad we learned about this kinda stuff. you have your mind, and then a unconcious part of your mind, and in that part, it still knows what is going on, but you dont, so it is actully keeping track for you. sometimes when i watch a movie late at night, i fall asleep, but right when the movie ends, i wake up. its is my unconcious mind that was still paying attention to the movie, and waking me up. it is actully pretty cool, and stuff that happened in your childhood, can affect your personality today, becuase it is stored in the unconcious mind. anyways, just some info you should know.

I guess its your subconsious mind. Just about everyone has a sense of what time. So I guess you like that show so muc that your brain forces your body to become aware just around 2:00
