Is glue (Araldite) or Silicone Sealant the best to use when creating Rock Structures?

It doesn't say anywhere on the packet whether Araldite is Toxic when fully cured -

I would use epoxy putty, it can be bought at almost any petstore, it is 100% safe for tanks and is stronger then aquarium sealant.

Use 100% rubber silicone. Not the stuff that is mildew resistant.
