There is this place that you can get on the internet and make new friends its called myspace.com. Thats where you make new friends and people that you already know will be on there. And another place is any chat rooms. Like the state you live in have a chat room that has different people that lives in your state. Just get on the internet and find something. Its not that hard to find some new friends.
