No, they don't. The Golden Horde warriors didn't settle down on Russian lands, instead continuing their conquest westwards till Hungary; and the results of the rapes are vastly exaggerated. More than that, half of the Russian lands (Pskov, Novgorod and other northern cities) weren't conquered at all.

According to sources such as the wikipedia, the Russians came from the northern part of the Ukraine. It is likely that they are mixed with Scandinavians and the original inhabitants of what is currently the central region of Russia, which were Uralic (Finno-Ugric). The rare Mongoloid features may be attributed to the latter, however, not all Uralic peoples are Mongoloid.

The Golden Horde were Tatars. They do have a lot of Mongol blood mixed into their ancestry. Most Russians have some Tatar ancestry, whether they want to admit it or not. Frankly, I think it's a good thing. By the way it seems Genghis Khan had blue eyes. There's a painting somewhere, I heard it was in the Brittish Museum or their National Gallery, with a painting of Genghis Khan in it with Blue eyes. I tried to find it but could not, last year when we were in England.
For the most part, though no one really knows where the Russians originally came from (they did not come from Russia), it is likely that their ancestry is Viking.
A lot of the Turkic peoples today are really mixed European/Asian and are often very physically attractive (my husband is Tatar so I might be just a bit biased). I think Russians got their more attractive features from them, rather than from the Slavs.

The Golden Horde had relatively little to do with Mongols; Mongols were in the minority at its foundation. Most of the Horde's population were Kipchaks, Bulgar Tatars, Kyrghyz, Khwarezmians, and other Turkic peoples.

Today, Tatars are the largest non-Russian-speaking group in Russia, but visually, they are virtually indistinguishable from Russians; many have blue or green eyes; blond and red hair are not uncommon, either. Most Russians, by the way, don't know this and tend to mistake Tatars for Russians (which is very easy, because Tatars are usually fluent in Russian), and Bashkirs (who are the second-largest Turkic-speaking group in Russia) for Tatars...

Some historians likes to sugar coat the Mongols but make no mistake, the Mongols were extremely ruthless and often racist. When they conquered Oriental tribes in Northeast Asia, they rarely committed genocide against the populations there, because they felt the Manchus and Jins were the same race as them. But when the Mongols invade west into Central Asia and Eastern Europe they had no moral qualms about complete genocide against peoples and races they had never seen before. They would often go on depopulation raids(Genocide) against unarmed women and children whom they felt were too numerous, and they often sewed salt into fields, diverted water away from farmland to make sure Western peoples would never recover from their devastation. When the Mongols invaded Europe countries like Poland were devastated and other countries like Hungary lost as much as 50% of its population. This is one reason why Europeans called this the Dark Ages.

In Russia's case, barring a few cases of Mongol Warriors raping and pillaging during the initial invasion, the Mongols didn't find Westerner's prized "Blonde Haired Blue-Eyed" Caucasian women attractive enough to marry or interact with them. They disliked Russians so much they instead picked Russian puppet princes to rule Russia on their behalf so they wouldn't have to interact with Russians. Hence to this day Ethnic Russians are still White with little or no Mongol blood in them.
