Why does my ipod say OK to dissconnect and its stuck on that screen please help?

Just hold the center and the menu button both at the same time until the apple symbol comes up and it should reset itself and be fine

If you are in i-Tunes and your i-Pod is disc enabled you have to eject manually. There is a button next to the i-Pod name in the left side column.

its fine, my screen always says, " Do Not Disconnect"

and do i listen, nope!

just unplug it!
