A long sweater (can be bought like any where) and put a cami under it. Maybe top it off with leggings, and uggs that will cover the bottoms of them. You can get that at Limited Too. They have really long cute sweaters. Another thing that you could wear with it is a short silver necklace, that will make your sweater (if its a V neck) look longer and you look taller.
Or you could wear dress pants with a short jacket sweater and a cami under it, and ballet flats.

wide leg dress pants with a long fitted sweater overtop, v-neck, single or double long chained necklace, flat shoes (got best with a wide leg)
skinny jeans with a long sweater same deal with the necklace and heels to dress it up.

Is it formal? If so, I'd go with a dress or skirt. I've attatched dresses for certain shapes:
