Must be the smog. Can't think of any other possible reason.

Are u drunk when u leave? The fresh air simply overpowers u. Try not to breathe deeply when u come out of the pub.
p.s Be sure to have someone u trust near u so they can take ur unconscious form home.

Happens to me too - not sure why that is. Probably because been in a stuffy bar all night and the fresh air is a shock to the drunken system.
