I am looking for a doll that I think was popular in the 60's or 70's. The name of it I believe is Moon Baby. It was a baby doll that had an astronaut helmet and her pig tails were coming out of the sides. Is this the right name and where can I find one to purchase?

Try looking into antique malls and stores. That's a good place to find vintage dolls. then you can also go to your local out door swapmeet and see if you can find the doll out there.

I think you're looking for Little Honeymoon, Dick Tracy's granddaughter.
