I think it is stupid. You must be hard up and very lonely. How can you like someone whose name you dont even know. Get a life.
If you must go knock on doors, bring a can from UNICEF and collect money for the poor or something while you ask your stupid questions.

Interesting... I figured you'd get a bunch of stalker accusations.
Seems to be a fine line between the crazy romantic crap they show on TV and movies, and just being an outright stalker.
If she is in your class, can't you just talk to her there? Before or after class? Perhaps you could literally stalk her and follow her home...
