start > run > type 'regedit' and editor will open then do you want. having said it make a backup before you del/ change as it can be very harmful for the operating system

Above regarding the regedit command is correct. To actually delete hit your delete key (go figure) to edit it you can right click and hit edit. BACK UP BEFORE YOU DO ANYTING! If you screw up you can loose EVERYTHING. I've seen it happen.
