I finally found a store that had the 20gb in stock and he tried to talk me out of it and told me I really should get the 360 and that the PS3 has been having tons of issues and quirks. Also, the guy at best buy and game stop told me the same thing. Now I don't know if I should get the PS3 or the 360. Any suggestions?

Sony never releases a good product. They never have, never will. The PS3 has good potential, if you're willing to buy a brand-new, expensive TV to keep up with it. However, I'd suggest waiting at least a year before considering buying one. By that time, they might have fixed most of the problems.
In the meantime, buy a Wii.

U actually found one!!!!! WOW!!! when did they restock? But ive heard things to and i think u should wait until Sony has it all fixed up.
