Craigslist.org has a lot of property listings from people trying to sell their homes.

RealtyTrac has thousands of foreclosure home listings, although I've found the quality to be lacking, at best, and nonexistant, at worst. An alternate is ForeclosureS.com.

Zillow is a good starting point to research home values, although comps from your real estate agent would be better and an appraisal of the property even better than that. HomeGain.com also provides general valuations.

eBay also has real estate listings now, although I'm not aware of the quality of the listings. But they pay a good amount of money to list real estate on eBay, so there must be some incentive to sell the property.

FSBO.com has lists of properties listed for sale by the owners directly, so no worries about paying real estate brokerage fees.

Other than those, there are literally thousands of websites with properties of all types to browse through. You might want to try Googling "San Antonio Real Estate Listings" and other related searches to find thousands of properties. If you don't like Google, try Yahoo!, MSN, or any of the hundreds of other minor and sub-minor search engines.

What your agent is not able to show all of what is for sale??
There is no one website of all the homes for sale, you need to use a MLS from a Realtor and then you will still not get all that is for sale. Heck many places there are several MLS and new homes are not on the MLS nor are forecloses nor so called exclusive listings. Yea they made a false shortage how els do you think they drove up prices and made the housing bubble? It is on this web site.

One day and soon i hope there will be a mandatory, county ran MLS that is publicly assessable" website", only then will there be a fare and honest housing market. Till then good luck, on even being able to find most of what is for sale.

Flipping houses is a great profession to be in. I currently flip houses for a living, and have had a blast making hundred's of thousands of dollars. The key is to do as much work as you can on your own.

Did you know that you can make $40,000 + on a house, and never even own it?

Take a look at my website - I just put it online last month -

Please realize that Flipping Houses is not a "Get Rich Quick" Scam!

Do as much research as possible before starting on your first flip -

try www.fsbonetwork.com Homes for sale by owner are always a great option. You will more than likely add your agents commission to the asking price though. Some might be built in though. I'd defintly try that one at.

My personal favorite is www.realtor.com , but also something that I haven't seen other people mention is individual realtor web sites, for example:

www.remax.com
www.century21.com
www.coldwellbanker.com

etc, etc, etc. Good luck.
