Its no more racist to eat white rice than it is to solely drink chocolate milk instead of plain white milk. However, if you are going to use food as an analogue to racial politics than it should be stated plainly that many dark things are bad for you. For example dark meat is worse than white meat. Similarly, a greater number of dark people in an area generally leads to greater destruction and criminality in that area.

Wasn't Uncle Ben black? Eat the brown unprocessed rice. It has all the nutrients. I won't eat white rice because it adds nothing to my diet. Why the obsession with race and religion?
