Probably. People who are pregnant don't usually have periods. I might wait a couple weeks and take a test just to be sure.

Immediately after? Like, that day? Then no... the bleeding can be caused by the pills themselves.

If you got your period around when you would expect it, than probably you are okay, and no baby is on board.

All I can say is: maybe. Unfortunately, you can also get pregnant on your period!
