Eat bananas lots of bananas. I had them so bad when I was pregnant I would wake up screaming!! Was told to eat bananas and sure enough after I started eating bananas they went away.

I am 10 weeks pregnant and I am telling you I have been having them badly and I have a hard time sleeping laying down I have to sleep sitting up in an angel in order to sleep and let me tell you it helps a lot better sleeping up and laying down...I heard drinking ginger ale keeps charle horses away I have been drinking it 2 glasses a day helps me a lot...Good Luck!

im 27 weeks and have them bad in my legs at night..... keeps me from sleeping... talked to doc and he says Tums 2 hours before bed can help stop them in any part of the body.
I asked my doc what he thinks is causing it, he says only if the world knew. all my vitamin lkevles are great.

Aw man, I'm 39 weeks pregnant and I get them almost every night!!!!!!
I get them in places where I didn't even know I had muscles!lol

I heard they are caused by either a lack of or too much potassium...Not sure which one exaactly
