OK i will relent it would be B ( IF your phrasing was right lol AGAIN )

THE CORRECT ANSWER IS
the Hydrogen balloon would have 1 1/2 times the lift of the Helium balloon ( thanks for the laughs )

ALSO CORRECT - HALF AGAIN AS BIG ( 1/2 as big is just flat wrong it would mean it would lift 1/2 as much )

The force is the same, because the weight of the balloon in both cases is almost the same (very small) compared to the weight of the water (or even air), that they displace.
