The best Free Dropshipper that I found is http://www.BuyatDiscounts.com the prices are low and they have over 50,000 products. I have been useing them for over a year now to sell products on ebay, freetillitsells.com, Overstock and am very happy with the site. They have great customer service and super quality, easy to sell products. They also offer packages to build a site of your own if you're interested in that. Overall I would give the site a 9 out of 10! There aren't many sites like www.BuyatDiscounts.com who let you DropShip. Trust me, I looked for months! If you're interested in your own site check out this link http://www.buyatdiscounts.com/marketing/...
I hope this helps you and good luck! Let me know how it goes when you start making some money :)

If you are starting out, I would recommend nvu. It is easy and simple to use, and user friendly, especially if you have never made a web site before, plus, it's free! If you are more experienced, then microsoft is offering a time-limited beta program called expression web designer. To get nvu, go to nvu.com, and expression web can be found on microsoft.com

► Just use NVU editor www.nvu.com, it's free and wont tie you down to one method of editing. NVU pages can be transferrable to frontpage 2003 or dreamweaver html editor

Abode Dreamweaver is the best.

Frontpage is useless and has been dropped by Microsoft.

A free alternative to Dreamweaver is NVU from http://www.nvu.com/
It is OpenSource and almost as good as Dreamweaver.
