yes to your answer but could you not do it yourself, it is easy. pin up the depth you want shortened, you can buy iron on tape which goes between the hem and the jeans, cover with a damp cloth and iron with a hot iron, job done, you may need to cut some off if turning the hem up a lot. try it on an old pair first, think of the money you will be saving, wonderweb is the name of the tape I use. stays on after washing too.

Yep, a tailor can do that. Or a steamstress, or even the people at certain dry cleaners. You could always just cut off the bottoms if they're not dressy jeans and they're the 'destroyed' style.

Some stores offer free alterations, too, when you buy jeans.

i really dont know, but if you have short legs like mine i so know how u feel. try to look for short jeans. its hard but they have them. like i wear a 1 short, thats my size, itll say on the tag...
