The ability to read their partner. If they can open their senses and be able to see and feel what their partner wants and actually accomplish that, that makes them a much better lover than someone that has more "assets" or "skills".

Not lying there like a dead fish for the most part. Name calling(I mean calling out the person's name), yelling loud, just basically getting really into it and not being shy...

not being in a hurry, taking their time and making you want it
making sure both of you get what you want and need, not being afraid to tell the person what you like or dislike, be aggressive but gentle
