TRy not to worry too much and let negative thoughts corrode your mind with more trash. Ancient cultures blessed situations and put forth positive energy to bring about positive results. Curse a situation(or someone) and you give it ammunition and power to come back and harm you. Positive and inspirational people can stimulate a positive attitude for you to "un-nerve" and not get so tangled up in the coils of undesirable situations. One of my favorite quotes is: "Why worry? It probably wont happen anyway"

I am a fan of a hot bath with a cold beverage, alcoholic, or better yet just plain Klarrbrunn Sparkling water - free of calories and artificial sweetners! I also adore exercise and yahoo answers.

Swimming/ sitting in the jacuzzi/ sauna. Crown royal works too. If you want, you could sit in a warm bath. The warm water is therapeutic because it soothes and calms frazzled nerves.
